We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on custom jewllery orders. This simply means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially made for you.

We can guarantee that our products will fit on the mould you send to us but we cant guarantee that the grillz will fit because the mould may not be 100% accurate.

If your teeth impression was done by us via booking an appointment then we will have to do a re-mould. On all visit we aim to be 100% accurate.

If you cancel the order after we sent you the mould kit please note that we will not process a refund for the kit. It will be deducted from the total balance.
