All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 working days. We use local domestic shipping providers such Royal mail to ship all our parcels. 

We do not process shipments over the weekend and bank holidays, all orders will be processed the next working day. 

 Orders with an "Undelivered" shipping address that are returned back to us, may be reshipped to the corrected address once we have received the package.

You will receive your mould kit within 10 working days of us receiving your mould. Occasionally they might be delays in which we try hard to resolve. Please understand will aim to resolve all problems as soon as they occur keeping you up to date along the way.

We will provide a tracking number with all shipment. If we do not provide this information at the time of us processing your order, please send us an email requesting your tracking details.
